Kids Race Registration Instructions

Please READ carefully and FOLLOW the instructions and links below to register in 4 easy steps!

2. COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM & PAYMENT FOR EACH CHILD
3. SUBMIT WAIVER FOR EACH CHILD
4. CONFIRM ENTRY

1.  LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you have already registered for an adult event or registered with us last year, you already have an account set up.  Please login to your account with your username before proceeding. You may register multiple kids under an adult account.

If you have forgotten your password, you may request a new password.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
If this is your FIRST TIME and you do not have an account, you may CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.  You may register multiple kids under an adult account.

Please note that each account requires a UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS.  If the email address is already in our system, you may not use it to set up a new account.  When you create an account, you will receive an email that you have created a new account.  THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY CONFIRMATION, see Step 4, below.

STEP 2: REGISTER
Registration and payment for the kids race are only accepted online. Fill out required registration information* for each child.  Instructions are included in the form, so please read it carefully as you fill it out.  Registration Form

STEP 3:  WAIVER
Print out a hard copy of the waiver,  sign and send it in.  One waiver per child.

Please do not email us to confirm whether we have received your waiver.  Confirm that we have the waiver via the posted rosters only (see step 4).  This is important because we go by the Rosters and will throw out any registration that does not have a waiver attached by July 1st. 

STEP 4:  CONFIRM REGISTRATION
Please do not email us to confirm your child's registration individually.  Confirmation of your child's entry consists of the following:

- An INTERNET PURCHASE RECEIPT
for the entry fee, which is emailed automatically when your payment is processed.  This should arrive within a few minutes of completing the payment.  Please check your spam or junk mail filter for this email (subject: Canadian Death Race Purchase Receipt, from: Death Race Registration).

- An ENTRY CONFIRMATION EMAIL 
this is usually generated within 24-48 hours of payment, and sent to the registered email,.  This email contains a summary of the information you provided on your registration form.  Please review to ensure the information is correct.  Don't forget to check your junk or spam folder for this email (subject: Registration Confirmation, from: Race Info).

- FINAL CHECK OF ROSTERS IN MAY/JUNE
Please verify your child's name, age, and waiver status correctly listed on the POSTED ROSTERS ONLINE.  These are not posted immediately nor are they updated in real-time.  Please check this in  MAY or JUNE, to ensure we have received your waiver prior to the July 1st deadline.
